Privacy Policy:
At Intractable, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your data that we obtain from your use of Digital Fitness Plus. Our app collects limited app-usage and technical information in order to provide its functionality, as well as to improve the core product. This document explains what data we obtain from you, why we collect it, how we handle it, and your rights in relation to this data under applicable laws.
1. What data is collected:
Data collected by the app:
The Digital Fitness Plus app does not require users to create an account. We do not ask users to provide a name, email address, phone number, username, or password in order to use the app.
On first launch, the app may update a global installation/learner counter in Firebase Realtime Database. This counter is used to estimate the size of the Digital Fitness Plus learner community. It does not contain a user name, email address, account profile, or lesson history.
This data is transmitted and stored securely by Firebase Realtime database services.
The Firebase Realtime Database collects the Firebase user agent data, which includes device, OS, app bundle ID, and developer platform. The Firebase user agent data is not linked to a user or device identifier.

Data collected through Firebase Analytics:
We collect data passively by using Google’s Firebase services, and Google Analytics for Firebase (third-party analytics provider). We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand general app usage and improve the app. This may include information such as app launches, sessions, screen views, device model, operating system, app version, general geography, and app interactions such as lesson completion events. Firebase Analytics may use an app instance identifier to measure usage across app sessions.
We do not use this data to identify users by name. We do not combine Firebase Analytics data with account information, contact details, advertising identifiers, or other information to identify individual users.
We do not use Firebase Analytics data to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
This data is collected directly by the analytic provider’s software which is included in our app, and is transmitted securely to the analytics provider’s servers. You can find more information about the provider's privacy policies here:

If you have further questions, please contact us at the address provided in this document.
2. How we use the data:
We process this data where it is necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, understanding, and improving the app, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms. Where consent is required by law, we rely on consent.
We use data collection to improve the application by analyzing the app usage in an aggregated manner. For example, to understand how many users have completed a number of lessons in the learning course.
We do not use the collected data to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
We do not use your data to show advertisements.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not transfer your data to third parties except service providers that help us operate and improve the app, such as Firebase and Google Analytics for Firebase.
3. How we handle your data:
The data we collect about your app activity is securely stored with the service providers for a reasonable amount of time as required to provide the service. Because the app does not require an account, we may not always be able to identify data relating to a specific individual. We retain analytics and app-usage data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
The app data stored on your device is protected by the device’s operating system, and is removed when you uninstall the app.
4. Your rights under applicable laws:
Depending on your country of residency, you have rights including:
Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
